Chur, sweet room with a pool view, but the dining was a bit chaotic and food wasn't always hot. The staff were helpful, though!

The dining experience could really use a revamp. many of the hot dishes were served cold and the salad bar felt limited. during peak meal times, the dining area turns chaotic with long queues and a noisy atmosphere that might rattle your nerves, especially with young kids. The evening entertainment, while intended for family fun, can feel repetitive and lacks engagement for older children, so prepare for a few lackluster shows. The pool management is also a bit concerning. between floating toys everywhere and kids running amok, it could be a recipe for trouble if you're not careful. Finally, the lack of clear instructions regarding the air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times until the doors were shut properly, something that's easily overlooked in the excitement of a vacation.

The pool area was fantastic for our four kids, who loved splashing around while we lounged nearby. The food was good and had a diverse buffet selection, keeping the family happy. We really appreciated the nearby beach, making it easy to switch from pool time to sandcastle building.
In my wife’s opinion, the evening entertainment could be better.

Fantastic family-oriented resort with engaging activities
We had a wonderful time, especially enjoying the lively family activities hosted by the entertainment team, like pool games which delighted the kids. I was impressed by the daily themed dining nights, offering unique culinary experiences that were memorable. Although most of the food was plentiful and varied, a bit more warmth in some of the dishes could enhance the overall dining experience.

Suitable for Families Seeking Fun
We checked in without a hassle and were greeted with a room that had a stunning pool view! The kids loved it, especially the pool area, where there was ice cream available at all times, I might’ve indulged more than I should have, haha.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the amenities and location, it was pretty acceptable.

The evening entertainment kept us entertained as well. Just a heads up, the dining area can get crowded during peak hours.
We had some issues with the cleanliness of our room. The wardrobe was dirty and not very well maintained, which was a bit disappointing during our stay.
